You can't expect to provide services if your branch is closed for months.
Unfortunately they don’t know their job. Don’t waist your time overthere and don’t let them damage your credit. I told them how much I make last year,and how much I make this year,the guy overthere told me it’s okay. Then my loan declined because of income. Now, my credit is damaged and they just say sorry. Such a liar person working there.
The reason I only gave it four stars when it deserves a five star is there are no branches, or shared branches in Ventura county. Lots of studio employees live out here And it’s a real inconvenience.
