I always get smarted every single time I am on the phone with these people. I have really bad anxiety and they just make it worse. The lady I spoke to today was very hateful and made me cry. I absolutely hate this bank and I will be going to another one. I am a nursing student so excuse me if I don't know everything there is to know about my financial aid or how the loans are distributed. See ya never first enterprise bank! Avoid this bank if you can, they are awful and it is so rare to find a nice person here.
This is the most difficult bank to deal with, it is always a major ordeal to resolve even the most simplest matter. NO one ever offers alternatives to fixing or helping the issue. Often disappointed when I've had to take care of a matter with them
The worst bank in the state. They really could not care less about making things easier for their customers.
