This is the most difficult bank to deal with, it is always a major ordeal to resolve even the most simplest matter. NO one ever offers alternatives to fixing or helping the issue. Often disappointed when I've had to take care of a matter with them
The worst bank in the state. They really could not care less about making things easier for their customers.
It started out ok but the new ownership is driving them into the ground. Their fees are extortionate, their communication poor, and their policies are grossly inconsistent. If you have a MJ account switch to Valliance instead. The only upside is Arelis, the teller at the 44th branch drive through. What a wonderful lady. She’s the reason I stayed as long as I did, but even with her I can’t justify the insane fees.
