Extremely pleased with the outcome. The quality and craftsmanship put into the reupholstering of 2 chairs recently completed by First Edition was outstanding. Steve walked me through the process from start to finish, and was a wealth of knowledge with a wide variety of quality commercial grade fabrics avaliable for selection. I contacted First Edition Upholstery twice by phone. The first time I was asked to send photos and details which I did. I did not hear back. I called again only to be told to resend photos and information again which I did. Once again i did not hear back. My time is as valuable as yours. If you are too busy to respond as a courtesy that concerns me. I have 6 Victorian balloon back chairs, 2 carvers, a grandfather and grandmother chair, 2 Victorian wingback chairs and 2 Moran arm chairs. I would have thought that would have w... read more
