My experience with this company has been fantastic, and easy. I have been dealing with Will and Maxine at this location and Allison at the Owings mill location. All three associates have helped me with opening many different accounts and telling me about different credit building opportunities they have that can help me. Terrible customer service from William. Unprofessional communication and could not waive a late fee for a mistake made during a payment. I have never been late for a payment, yet no accommodation made. Poor service, not on par with industry standards.
