DO NOT do business with First Eagle. Their systems are completely outdated which leads to a ton of confusion and nervousness when dealing with sensitive banking information. I once had one of their customer support representatives tell me to "type slow" when inputting my account number on their website because their system is "sensitive" when you type too fast. Not so happy with the wire transfer response. Wires are known to be very time sensitive which is why you have to send it this way. I made sure to have my wire emailed by 8 this morning when the CU opened. I even called to confirm at 8am. It had been 3 hours no reply to my email for confirmation so I decided to email them. I finally get one that said we had system issues so it will not be sent today it will be sent first thing tomorrow.
