It was fine banking here until I needed a replacement debit card. I have banked here since 2018. There are no local locations but there are shared branches you can go to. I lost my entire wallet and called the branch to help me get a replacement. It was a $10 fee and the person on the line didnt offer much to be helpful. They also asked for a photo ID after I just told them I lost my entire wallet. I opened up a completely different bank account online. And now it’s even more difficult to close the account. DO NOT do business with First Eagle. Their systems are completely outdated which leads to a ton of confusion and nervousness when dealing with sensitive banking information. I once had one of their customer support representatives tell me to "type slow" when inputting my account number on their website because their system is "sensitive" when you type too fast.
