⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Warm & Genuine I can’t say enough good things about this weight loss center. From day one, the staff has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They truly listen and tailor the program to what works best for you, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I feel healthier, more confident, and motivated in ways I haven’t felt in years. If you’re serious about making real, sustainable changes, this place is absolutely worth it.

I usually have a good experience here but today put a horrible taste in my mouth and I will not be returning. My appointment was at 12, I got there at 12:12 (15 min grace period) rushing out the car with my 1 year old. I get to the door and it’s locked. They took their time to let me in to tell me it’s 12:16 and they can’t see me because I’m 1 minute late. If the door was unlocked I would’ve been in my grace period. Life has been a struggle, and it led me to seek additional support with weight loss. While that was my original reason for coming, I’ve received so much more—intentional care, genuine concern, and consistent encouragement from every staff member. I’ve cried twice in this office, and each time I was met with compassion and sincerity. That kind of care doesn’t happen by accident. I have been going here for years and never had a problem before. Today I had a 12:15 appointment I arrived at 12:21. The lady sitting behind the desk told me they take their last patient at 12:15. She did not offer to make another appointment. She did not offer me to call back and schedule. She said nothing. I just said ok and left. When I got home, I noticed I received a call from them at 11:15 saying I could come early or reschedule my appointment which means everybody left early and they could not see me because no one wa... read more

Great place to come for weight loss! Very efficient and get you In and out in no time. All staff I have come in contact with are awesome and very helpful!
