Pulled in 10 minutes before close. Wanted to run in and ask a few simple questions to see if their services would even work for me before scheduling an appointment. Was met with a locked door. I have been going here for years and never had a problem before. Today I had a 12:15 appointment I arrived at 12:21. The lady sitting behind the desk told me they take their last patient at 12:15. She did not offer to make another appointment. She did not offer me to call back and schedule. She said nothing. I just said ok and left.
