I usually have a good experience here but today put a horrible taste in my mouth and I will not be returning. My appointment was at 12, I got there at 12:12 (15 min grace period) rushing out the car with my 1 year old. I get to the door and it’s locked. They took their time to let me in to tell me it’s 12:16 and they can’t see me because I’m 1 minute late. If the door was unlocked I would’ve been in my grace period. They truly listen and tailor the program to what works best for you, not a one-size-fits-all approach. I feel healthier, more confident, and motivated in ways I haven’t felt in years. I will tell you why. They are helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and VERY ENCOURAGING!!! Life gets better when I come here. There is no pressure and ZERO JUDGMENT; with constant praise and monthly check-ins, I ACTUALLY WANT TO DO BETTER!!! They have materials like manuals and menus you can take home. They ask you questions and get involved with what will help YOU do better. They want you to succeed at reaching your weight loss goals and have many options to do so. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
