1st time going inside of this bank. Have to say my experience there was very uncomfortable. The lady named Betty Mozak Gave off a very bad Vibe. 1st thing out of her mouth on the phone was I used to be a cop what does that have to do with adding a name on to a bank account. It was gloomy looking everybody just looked Like it was a dreadful place to work. Which is totally different from going to the window for years. Which I find very strange. First Dakota has been great to work with as a student! I have banked here for a long time and I have had great customer service every time. The tellers do a great job and always know how to answer your question or direct you to the right person. Great mobile app!
