So I am a disabled man and it's quite obvious as I am on oxygen permanently. So I go to this credit union (not an account holder) and use their bank machine and pay an extra fee for doing so (no complaints whatsoever) and then proceed to the counter and she asks what can she do. I'm I need some loonies and quarters. Sure no problem, member number? Oh I'm not one. Sorry can't help you. Try the private business across the hiway and they might be able to help. So its ok to to use bank machine for a fee but a big NOPE on change.... read more
Excellent service on all levels.
I was forced to close my chequing account after being a member for around 10 years or more I apparently received to many etransfers, around 10 a month. They did not offer me a different account or have any advice to give on what would work for my needs. Big disappointment for a small town credit union, I would not recommend banking there.
Very kind and professional service! A great bank to do business with...
