Used the ATM to deposit $320 into my account and then it rejected 250 of it kept 70 and my bank card after 15 minutes it spit out my bank card but kept my $70 Phoned to get answers and all I was told was the next time they do maintenance they’ll have a look Pathetic customer service
The staff are awesome! I've been banking at the Cumberland branch since 2014; I've had 2 mortgages with them; now one since we sold our home. The Cliffe avenue branch in Courtenay have awesome staff as well!
I will always prefer the name First Credit Union, as it communicates and respects our heritage... but I understand everything changes, and it's just a name. One thing that hasn't changed in the 45 years that I have been a client of this organization, is the expertise, professionalism, dedication to service, and the fruendly environment. Sitting down with snyone at any of the available branches is like chatting with a friend. I highly recommend The First Credit Union/VanCity Savings organization.
I will not ever step in side your BANK Came in to have a twenty dollar broken into smaller bills. Asked if I was a member and I'm not (and never will be) so they can't make change because every dollar is tracked to a member. Not good public relations. Enjoy your merger!!!@
I have always had a great experience here. I have had my account since I was a child. I have seen people since I was young to their retirement. The newer crew is just as great. Thank you guys for the still great experience here :)
