Horrible experience when I tried to call to resolve an issue. The person I was speaking to obviously spoke English as their second language and they spoke with a very heavy accent. I NEVER allow myself to be recorded over phone lines and they were extremely rude about it and hung up on me. Very horrible company.

I paid a settlement to cover the delinquency of my crunch fitness membership, however a duplicate charge was taken from my account after the settlement was done. Despite numerous calls trying to speak with a supervisor, they keep postponing the refund. I am keeping a close eye on the situation to possibly take further action.
