Please watch out for this fraudulent company. I spoke with this company and disputed a crunch fitness gym membership debt that was less than $200. This company never reached out o crunch fitness , Spencer(crunch fitness manager) stated he never received any type of dispute and no one reached out to clear of the debt issue. When I was under 18 i signed up for a free gym trial one penny for like one month i think any my friend who worked at the gym got me that deal and signed me up on his end, when he quit a few weeks later I was left with them trying to charge me for a gym membership and i did not pay them and they keep harassing me about a debt and they just texted me with this company here saying I have a debt owed and I opted out of there texts
They kept harassing me and only me when the contract that was signed was when I was a minor but they kept calling me instead of the legal adult it’s still going and I’m 18 every day without fail they keep calling and won’t disclose what the debt is for bc I’m not a “adult”😐
I called to pay off my outstanding debt just for the representative to say “hello?” and then immediately hang up💀
Called from local number. Sound to be off shore. Did not know my name or number but tried to make false claim as to why they called. Would not identify as a debt collector. Scam scam scam.
