I had spent quite a bit of time trying to find a lender that handled mortgages for Mobile (Manufactured) Homes without much luck, traditional lenders don't want to write mortgages on manufactured homes. Our broker Lizzie Jaycox was NOT a good broker. She never responded our emails, waiting around and not informing us what's going on. We had to call title company, house insurance, our community to get the scoop oof what's going on with our paperwork process. It was a Diaster! Lousy broker!
