I have called to make a payment and was treated horrible. The woman whom I spoke to was screaming at me because my payment was late. It was late because we never received the information on where to send the payment. I was told I could have went online to make a payment. Up until today, the company had been good to work with, but today when they called, I started out with the statement that I would have the payment to them on Thurs. Immediately the woman on the other end started in with derogatory remarks, then hung up on me. I immediately called back and was given the manager ( who happened to be the same woman).
