The bankers here always go out of their way to accommodate all my personal and business affairs. Special kudus to Sophia, Rosa and Agnes for walking me through my latest dilemma . Also want to mention Paul the manager whom is always ready to help!
My service is always the best. Nicole is first rate and service with a smile. Extremely satisfied with all at the branch.
When my job relocated, I missed my FCB branch at the entrance of Veteran's park. I went back downtown the other day and was surprised that it had moved. The new location is very slick and modern!! All the staff were nice and friendly. Nicole helped me out and was really great.
I visited this branch and I found everyone to be very professional and courteous especially the teller who helped me Nicole Barnes!
