It was a factoring company that filed a UCC filing. At first, I was confused, but once I called, they explained. Thanks
This company just filed a UCC filing against my company and I don’t even know who they are. Whatever they are doing is illegal and they need to be shut down. This is not even a reputable company from the BBB and they are not accredited. I can’t wait to sue this company into oblivion.
I do not know who these people are. I have had an LLC for years that I do not use, and these individuals filed a UCC filing on behalf of an imaginary debt collector. These people are funny!
