Location is perm closed, don't go here unless you just want to use the shady looking ATM's, told a manager at another location a few weeks ago but the hours here haven't been updated to show this location is no longer open to the public, the big building they just built in the middle of town is the new location.
Make sure you have plenty of time to sit on HOLD, while waiting to talk to someone. Then the person that finally answered is whispering & I couldn't hear her, I asked if she could speak louder & was told no because her baby was sleeping!!! Great way to do business, what a joke
Do not bank with them! They will use any little excuse to charge your account! You will wait on the phone for over an hour! They tell you to come in to make most changes on your account even when you're cross the country but they can make changes to your account without notifying you! Charges for not keeping 100 in the account the whole month even while you have another account with them that does?! Then they close an account because of inactivity after a month?! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Hopefully after you’re done building your fancy new offices, you can finally hire more employees for your lending department! Waiting over an hour and a half on the phone is ridiculous!!!
Sat waiting for an hour before I just walked out. All I needed was proof of my direct deposit account. Nobody there seemed interested in helping me out.
