The name of this bank is super ironic. Everything about this bank is the opposite of convenient. Ive been banking here for around 2 years and am glad to be leaving. Good riddance to the hour long waits. They always seem to be fully staffed but half the employees stand around doing absolutely nothing. Even going so far as to burden working empoyees further slowing down business. Would never recommend banking here
Locally, I’ve had an overall good experience in both branches I do my banking at… Helpful and willing staff, they always have a solution for any of my related concerns…The only problem I’ve found with FNBT is more “corporate”, as they’re a little limited in services like transfers between banks and sending money outside the country (wire transfers).
I would have to agree with everybody else that did a review at this particular bank it's terrible the people are rude you might as well make an appointment well they probably wouldn't keep it though but you end up standing in a line for at least 30 minutes just bad bad bad I need to find me a different bank. This bank made changes to my account without my permission. They put overdraft protection when I never get it. It coused me to be overwhelmed with fees. It's been well over 10 days. Still no refund.
