Locally, I’ve had an overall good experience in both branches I do my banking at… Helpful and willing staff, they always have a solution for any of my related concerns…The only problem I’ve found with FNBT is more “corporate”, as they’re a little limited in services like transfers between banks and sending money outside the country (wire transfers).
I would have to agree with everybody else that did a review at this particular bank it's terrible the people are rude you might as well make an appointment well they probably wouldn't keep it though but you end up standing in a line for at least 30 minutes just bad bad bad I need to find me a different bank. This bank made changes to my account without my permission. They put overdraft protection when I never get it. It coused me to be overwhelmed with fees. It's been well over 10 days. Still no refund. This bank is horrible.I have a power of attorney and they refuse to honor it.I can't wait to Sue him.There's no end of the world that they don't know.A power of attorney is illegal binding.Don't go to this bank.They think they own your money
If I could I'll give it a no star their customer service is horrible bank teller KILLEEN have the worst attitude of all I would never bank here again because of the employees that work there they're rude
