I bank, soon not to be, at 1st cb. I liked the fact that it was open later and Sunday as I work crazy hours. I just had 700 deposited through zelle through my account, not zelle app. 1st convenience put a hold on my transactions siting concern of amounts. 200 200 and 300. I do a lot of small jobs to help save money and this bank is holding my money for no reason other than they think it might be suspicious eventhough I've been doing this for two years. Go elsewhere.
This is my bank. When I went to deposit my checks they told me no? I said" excuse me?" Why they are my paychecks. She Said" uh because" uh"! I would never trust anyone with banking in First" Convenience" Bank ever!
