They really need to improve their training or ensure staff have accurate information. I went in yesterday to cash a personal check from someone who banks there, and the young woman refused to cash it. I explained that the check was written from an account with their bank, but she still told me she couldn’t cash it because I don’t have an account there. That doesn’t make any sense—how can you refuse to cash a check drawn from your own bank?

They had a new girl do my wire transfer and of course it didn't go through. Spent 45 minutes in there cause she had to read a binder while she did it, and no one helped her even though the branch was empty. Even with all the wire info she messed it up. She was asking me questions with all the info in front of her. I hope next time she asks for help or someone just helps her instead blindly filling out forms.
This banck is so wired on change we don't keep to much coins so we go every other day and if the key person is not in they are to lazy to give us change because of the extra work they have to do well they are our banking but I don't like there customer service
Staff are alright but their online banking is joke tried to deposit a check because they said it’d only take two hours. Well here I am waiting to next payday because it’s taking a week. Thanks for absolutely nothing
