Worst bank in town. They pester everyone who walks by them in Walmart if you do actually bank with them they're incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Very slow to get service, have had so many issues with my bank account because of errors made by the lady who set up my account. Everyone has been super rude the last few times I've gone in and they're horrible at explaining how things work. I think the whole place needs re-training.
The worst bank ever!! They will keep your money lock your cards randomly and blame you like you did something wrong! Very unhappy and every promise made has never been shown or fulfilled. If you don’t have 6 figures you’re treated like trash. My money means something to me and I should have a bank that reflects that and I do not. I WANT MY MONEY SO I CAN LEAVE YOUR BANK!
Beware your overdraft limit goes up or down you will never know unless you ask them!!
