Went to go put deposits in the bank for my business, the teller Seth, was phenomenal, 5 stars for him, so sweet. However, his coworker he was training with the glass and dark hair, very rude and made comments that were in poor taste… also he can’t count money at all. Very slow.
Very bad service , how come they weren’t able to help my mother access my dads deacesed fathers account if she brought in all the right paperwork and she has his last name .
Great bank! Love the hours and location. Today I was helped by the Branch Manager Diego Morales and he was very kind and friendly. He took his time to sit me down n explain what was going on with my checking account. He also was very patient helping me understand how to log into my mobile app and even helping me activate my debit card. Thank you so much Diego for taking time out of your day to assist me. I will be coming only to this branch heading forward
