they put my payroll check on hold for a whole week and yet still haven't released funds. I don't recommend small businesses using them as a bank or to deposit payroll or personal checks.
Have been trying to talk with someone since last week! Was on hold for 28 minutes and then hung up on!
Better customer service for the customer not you. I need your help on a deposit hold and your customer service made it impossible to expedite.
