The experience made me feel unappreciated as a customer, that she wasn't genuinely happy to serve me, and that she was not knowledgeable in knowing how to serve my needs and process my transaction. Furthermore it humiliated me and put me on the spot in front of the other customers and this is not the type of professional service that I expect when I take the trouble to come in and visit one of the branches. Their idiotic web design won't let me log into my mobile banking. That is a very poor way to do business, because it is not conducive to serving customers' needs. It's probably because they just don't really care about the community or have any idea what the definition of community service actually means.
What can I say....I love this bank.
