WOWWW!!! & WHOAAAAA!!!!! Most definitely CONSUMER BEWARE my general local banking consumers!!!! I left this San Mateo WM bank this morning to dispute a maintenance fee charge TWICE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS days to which the bank LITERALLY & (UNKNOWINGLY as their bank manager 'claims/ed') changed the dates in their system to MATCH WHAT THEY WANT YOU/THE COMSUMER TO SEE in order to commit FRAUD by ADDING ADDITIONAL FEES TO YOUR/OUR bank accounts!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional, took forever to do a simple transaction but was somehow able to be rude the whole time. Lost my ID. If you want to avoid wasting hours of your life while tellers are being rude to you, don’t come here. Not worth it.
