There's a teller at the FCCU Des Peres location that is a real treat to work with. Her name is Madison and she handles my banking needs with quickness and accuracy. Sometimes we don't always get the best customer service in main-stream America, but she consistently rises above basic expectations. She's easy to deal with, has a friendly demeanor, and always greets me with a gentle smile. Thank you FCCU for having competent employees. It's nice to see quality employees on the front lines.
I love first community credit union, but this location has the snobbiest group of clerks you will ever meet. Only one lady is kind. Learn some common pleasantries people. You walk in, they stare at you like you interrupted their conversation, dont say hello, don't say thanks or goodbye. You feel uncomfortable and wonder where the heck they got trained to deal with people at. The blonde ladies are the worst
