Went to the Fairview FCCU location and they're closed permanently. They moved locations to deeper in O'Fallon. This is the only branch I could go to qnd not waste gas money bc it was on my way to work then they switched locations without telling a soul. I'm absolutely at my end with my bank I'm not driving to green mount to deposit money when I live in swansea area..... This is ridiculous and you seriously should've sent an email letter or put a banner in the app about swapping locations.
Any other day of the week, month, or year I usually love my bank. This current month I'm pretty upset bc they're closed for "maintenance" from the 7-10th which is absolutely absurd and too long for anyone to not know information on their account. I tried calling on the phone line to get an estimate of what is in my account and I can't. I cannot move my money from my savings to my checking, I can't see what total of amount I have in my account, I can't check the status of anything at the app, phone, or website.
