I opened my account up Online around October 20, 2025 while I still lived in California knowing that I was moving on October 31 to Oregon. So I assumed after opening my account that I would have a debit card waiting for me in my mailbox! Which was not the case! So I called the branch that I set my account, The location on Biddle in Medford! They said I would need to bring in proof of residency and my ID.
