Denied my fraud claim as they never even did the investigation. Also never provided the provisional credits like they told mebthey would while they work the claim. Now I'm out all that money because they never investigated the claim. I was told id get the provisional credits while they investigate the claim and never even got those. I sent all proof that it was fraud and they still didnt even donthe investigation.
I appreciate Jeremy's commitment and dedication to his job. I can tell he wants to satisfy us, the costumers. I’ve bought and sold several house in the last 10 years and Jeremy’s the banker I go to when I want to finance a house.
