Evan saved me when I had a laundry emergency. He didn't have to, but that man counted my scrounged up purse change and made it happen. Seeing as the physical branch locations were closed on this time on a Saturday, I owe my laundry day save to Evan. Thank you so much and for being kind. I have been a first community member for 42 years and the location inside walmart at Zumbehl is the worst. They could sure use some customer service classes.
Submitted my proof of insurance for my boat to the bank online, in person, and to their 3rd party site. Still end up getting a notice in the mail that I haven’t provided insurance. Does anyone know how to do their job correctly.
Manager Sam was very unprofessional and not helpful. Would expect better service from a manager
