I have been a first community member for 42 years and the location inside walmart at Zumbehl is the worst. They could sure use some customer service classes.
Submitted my proof of insurance for my boat to the bank online, in person, and to their 3rd party site. Still end up getting a notice in the mail that I haven’t provided insurance. Does anyone know how to do their job correctly.
Manager Sam was very unprofessional and not helpful. Would expect better service from a manager
Different answers to one question between branches. Approved for a loan by loan dept. But loan "officer" Evan refused to close the loan, even though approved by corporate. Offered me a personal at double the interest rate. Chesterfield branch again stated the loan is approved and that Evan had no business to deny closing the loan.
