Avoid this credit union like the plague. I have never had so many problems with a bank before and they are not handling these problems well.
worst bank ever, I really wish I could give 0 stars. They’re always locking my card whenever i spend a certain amount of money then I always have to go in person to unlock it which is inconvenient for me at times. also have system updates that lock you out your bank for DAYS. Not to mention the days they say it’s going to be back up on a certain day and it’s never back up.
Bad customer service. I went in there and was looking to park some $ in 12 month CDs for somewhere between $50k and $300k, but haven’t gotten enough info on their rates (I was told they’re a full 1/2 point better than what I have) They blew me right back out the door. The place was empty and they would not let me talk to someone about. The teller wanted all kinds of personal information before they would let me speak to someone.
