Fees are a nighmare here
Beware of misleading fees. I took out a loan with FCCU because of their good reputation and great rates. When shopping for the loan, I had been very impressed with their customer service and loan options. However, I'm embarrassed to admit that I didn't realize for several months that I had been misled. They sold me a "debt protection" service, which, yes, I did agree to. Did an auto loan with Shelby. Worst experience I have ever had. I was emailed by first community to take a survey on my experience. I took the survey and was called within 3 minutes by a man named Michael. Michael proceeded to dispute my experience and argue with me about how amazing Shelby is. And she couldn't possibly have done what she did. So just a heads up on how these surveys work. They don't actually want your feedback. They want a 5 star review so that they can bamboozle more consumers
