Snobby woman at the window cheating me yesterday Monday Evening of 100.00. I knew at that point that’s it with window tellers. She miscounted. She also didn’t speak when I pulled up. Rude as hell. Need to learn some customer service. I don’t trust this teller. Im going to start going into First Community from now on because I see a pattern when I go to the window teller then when I go inside. I will never go back to this First Community in Fenton. R
Terrible customer service. Second time I’ve deposited cash into atm and they miscount my money. When I go in for help the ladies in there are no help and rude. I will be closing my account
They are always friendly and quick to resolve any problems.
Think about upgrading your ATM. I don’t know why I keep going back to use it. This time it says it can’t read my card, although their competitors ATM read it just fine. Months ago I stopped at the same location just before heading out on vacation. There was no sign on the ATM but it took my card and then said there was an error. I went inside to let the manager know. They knew the ATM was having an issue but still made no effort to go put an out of order sign on it, just that I needed to contact my bank to get a new card. Upset with there overdraft fees and how my card can keep getting charged instead of declining... complete bullshit especially if charges are not over 5 dollars and you get a 27 dollar fee every ducking time I'm about to switch to a different bank
