Kacie Forness was very awesome about explaining things to me that I didn’t understand and was very polite! Overall a really good experience for my first time bank.
Super disappointed in this Credit Union. Called Monday about a loan, left a detailed voicemail, no response. Tuesday I call again, zero response, they said every loan officer is busy at the moment. Then I call the Grand Forks office to get someone to help at the Grand Forks office, and who are they able to put me through? Crookston office who answered when it's a put through from Grand Forks.
