My experience with banking at the Wishek branch of FCCU while being a member there has been top notch. After moving to a different state that did not have an FCCU branch nearby, I reluctantly had to close my account. I was expecting the process to be long and difficult, but due to the outstanding customer service provided by Alyssa Conitz, the process of closing my account was just as enjoyable as all of my other interactions with your establishment. Truly a 5 star experience!

The tellers are very good great attitude's great personalities and always willing to help the managers are also good people I don't interact with them much but I would say good people.
