Some of the most rudest customer service people I have ever encountered, especially after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I wish I had four thumbs so I could give this place four thumbs down.
Whoever was working the day i was @ maplewood Mo Branch was not listening & a little rude cause of her bad day.
Jake gave us one of the shockingly worst experiences I could have imagined. He’s rude, disrespectful, dishonest and lazy. I’ve never been more shocked at the way an employee acted. I don’t know how he has a job. We sat there in disbelief and then left without finishing anything. Avoid Jake at this location and you might be ok.
I have visited several FCCU Branches and they have been absolutely fabulous! The friendliness, professionalism and support is beyond compare. I frequent the Brentwood and Maplewood branches the most and I am greeted by name or a wave of recognition, which make me feel valued as a Member! A special shout out to Jake Kline, Jasmina Kasumovic, Kelly Gregory and the loan department , for making my life easier Thank you, FCCU
