Very long wait time for a notary. No one acknowledges you or gives update to wait time
I've been a member for awhile but my wife and I finally wanted to bank under the same roof. Micha Stull was very helpful and patient with us while we navigated the complications we had regarding getting everything set up. I love FCCU and this is why. You don't feel like you're being given the bare minimum amount of time and rushed out the door.
I can see why this location has such a low rating compared to other St. Louis locations. I went through the drive through window and the lady held her finger up to tell me wait one second it appeared she was talking to someone so I was waiting for her to ask me “how may I help you” instead I get everything ready and she disappeared then came back said I’m waiting for you. I said oh I’m so sorry I thought you were busy and she proceeded to say no we are getting ready to close I don’t need to help you and turned her mic off. W... read more
