I don’t like the way they handle cash deposits these days. They grab the cash and put it into a machine instead of counting it in front of you. I counted the money twice at home. But after the machine ate the money, the machine said it was $100 less than what I counted. Now what?
I was impressed by the relaxed yet Professional vibe. I would recommend considering this Credit Union.
Corey, FCCU Bank Manager at Florence Branch returned my call from earlier in the day. Even though they were short staffed on Friday, Cory reached out to me close to closing to answer my questions. What great customer service! Kudos to bank employee Hailey at the Florence branch! She manually looked for a check I had deposited, found the check and made me copy, all this in a short period of time.
Jennifer Simpson at the Florence Branch was definitely a 5* experience! :-) She was Soooo helpful with issues I had with my loan paperwork and she repeatedly and patiently did what was needed, while remaining nice & friendly as she explained things to me!! I was seriously impressed with her kindness & competency with me and my needs multiple times--I felt lucky to have her helping me!
