I have both business and personal accounts with First Community Credit Union in Reedsport, Oregon. I mistakenly ordered checks under the wrong account number. REEDSPORT FIRST CCU FOR THE WIN! I started with the Coos Bay branch but the Reedsport staff ultimately won me over. The BEST customer service. They can wire and do remote tasks flawlessly as long as they know it’s to a trusted source (not to just some random dude in another country). Speaking of, if my love for the Reedsport First CCU could be measured in dollars- I’d better open up another savings account!
Everything was fine until I wanted to wire some of my money for an investment. I am new about some of this stuff and I was texting with my boyfriend who is overseas serving out country. But because O wasn't giving them all the information that was none of there business. They decided I was committing fraud and sent my investment money back to my investment account at a different bank causing problems because they did that before even telling me that they were closing my account.
