Everyone at this branch is great! *(no longer there)* I can *(can no longer)* highly recommend this credit union. *EDIT*: The Bandon branch used to be great when Susan Smith was the manager. Since she left for the Coquille branch, the new manager has run it into the ground. Continuous hiring, firing and rehiring; you never know who the teller is and it’s almost always a new face. I've been a member for a year. Called about a mortgage loan and was put on hold for over 10 minutes before talking with a rep who did not introduce themselves by name, was barely audible, clearly distracted, and seemed totally uninterested in educating me on the intricacies of the loan I am trying to procure. I'm coming at this with a big down payment, good credit score, and gainful employment. I told the (remote!) "loan officer" I was uncomfortable with them and called my local branch a second time.
