I've been banking with first community credit union for about 13 years now and have NEVER had ANY issues with anything or anyone. Everyone is really nice polite and helpful. It's also really cool that they are open 7 days a week. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
This bank is literally garbage. Super rude reps in general (not directing towards one location). We also set up our card to be on autopay for 50.00 a month instead of the minimum, and the rep surely took our money for that day but failed to set up the actual automatic payments each month. When I brought this to Janet L attention on chat, she told me it wasn’t their fault and I would have to speak to my current bank we switched to.
