I came in today to refinance my loan and Stephanie took awesome care of me! She was very friendly, personable, and she made sure I had all the information I needed!
Friendly bank reps, the management needs to clean up their attitude though. Not very professional when a customer has a question.
Do not trust this bank for one second, besides the fact that they harass me with phone calls because they don't have anyone in their system smart enough to work a computer, they had to pay me out thousands in a settlement for charging me late fees that weren't existent, absolute joke of a financial institution
I've been banking with first community credit union for about 13 years now and have NEVER had ANY issues with anything or anyone. Everyone is really nice polite and helpful. It's also really cool that they are open 7 days a week. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
