Angela was so good at her job. Straight forward, kind, all around a good human. She made our lives 20X easier today.
Branch manager has no idea what she’s doing. Tried making an hsa contribution for current year. Common standard practice that I do at the Fairview heights branch regularly. She told me I couldn’t and that there was “paperwork” to do and it took “23 min to make a simple small cash deposit. Told me they’d mail the paperwork to me and I couldn’t do it without the paperwork. I told her to deposit it to my checking and I’d do it myself in the app.
Teller was thorough while making my deposit and new system had more verifications, so I appreciated that.
I came in today to refinance my loan and Stephanie took awesome care of me! She was very friendly, personable, and she made sure I had all the information I needed!
Friendly bank reps, the management needs to clean up their attitude though. Not very professional when a customer has a question.
