First , everyone I spoke with on the phone was very nice . I’m sure I was frustrated but nice after calling a few times ( especially after the wait in the phone ) . I would suggest making it easier to start an account online . I bought a car and they financed through here . That’s fine . I never received anything in the mail with account information as told. I went to First Community Credit Union -Walmart Branch. The teller Tracy was so polite and a warm smile. She was very efficient. I appreciated that.
The worst bank I've ever banked through. Highly Not recommend!!!!! Save you some peace of mind and find a better bank!
