I would give a Negative review except it was NOT an option. I see that they do in fact have a rebuttal for every review as well too. Here is why I do. Last year I went to buy a car, now mind you my WHOLE FAMILY banked at this branch including myself. I was the one who got them all to go there. While applying for a loan they got ahold of them and we're informed that I owed money to the branch. I immediately stated I would take care of it but was unaware. EVERYBODY'S AWESOME AT THE GRANITE CITY LOCATION, I WANT TO GIVE A SPECIAL PRAISE TO ROMAN THAT WORKS THERE MY BRAIN WAS SCRAMBLED AND I LEFT MY CARD IN THE ATM AND ROMAN CHASED ME ALL THE WAY TO MY CAR YELLING MY NAME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL YOU ARE GREAT
