Extremely disappointed after being a customer for 6 years. Applied for a mortgage loan. I received an email that the loan officer would call on Friday, no call. Another email Monday promising a call by the end of the day, no call. Tuesday I sent an email expressing my disappointment and now they email with excuses and finally call me after 5 days of waiting.
