The Asst Mgr Lisa Houser is terrific. I met Lisa while setting up an auto loan. As a result of the meeting I transferred several accts to her branch in Arnold. Lisa is professional, personable, thorough and always greets me my name and welcomes me when I walk through the door. She recently helped me with a dibacle with my investment brokerage. I referred several friends to Lisa and they thanked me for it
