The Asst Mgr Lisa Houser is terrific. I met Lisa while setting up an auto loan. As a result of the meeting I transferred several accts to her branch in Arnold. Lisa is professional, personable, thorough and always greets me my name and welcomes me when I walk through the door. She recently helped me with a dibacle with my investment brokerage. I referred several friends to Lisa and they thanked me for it
Constantly stealing my money with all these extra fees and stuff. Can't even transfer money anymore because they like to hold it and push it through at the completely wrong times. Banks are a joke. The laziest people work here.
The FCCU fraud department did a fantastic job. I reported ~1k stolen from my account which was returned within 24 hours of the report.
Saw way more than I wanted to see today, what happened to dress code? Aston made me feel like I was at a night club. Please cover up and be professional. This should be a family friendly environment. I will take my banking to a different location.
