Extremely disappointed after being a customer for 6 years. Applied for a mortgage loan. I received an email that the loan officer would call on Friday, no call. Another email Monday promising a call by the end of the day, no call. Tuesday I sent an email expressing my disappointment and now they email with excuses and finally call me after 5 days of waiting. No fraud protection, never again
We moved to Missouri a few years back and joined First Community since it was close and we could get debit cards immediately. We banked there for 4 years. I recently ended up filing for Bankruptcy. I own that and my mistakes with credit cards. After filing - First Community by company policy joyfully CLOSED every single account my name was on. Car loans - closed. Checking and Savings - closed. Hands down the best Credit Union in Klamath Falls. Each loan experience I've had with them has been effortless! The lobby always has plenty of staff to accommodate in person transactions. I've never waited more than 3 minutes for a teller. I highly recommend First Community for your banking needs.
Very poor customer service. Tried to set up an auto pay to which processes take 30+ days because it was overlooked by "the back office" but "accidently" never set up twice. Cannot do anything by phone without paying their third-party that they contracted for their business needs. Admitted their mistake but have attempted to force the custom to pay their third-party for the mistake they made.
