New to town, great staff very helpful and down to earth. Excited for a new chapter in Coos Bay
They don’t care about you. Had an account for 16 years. I’m currently going through the absolute worst time of my life and I just needed help with the outrageous fees they charge for overdrafts! Wouldn’t let me turn overdrafts off! I kept getting charged. No one would help me. I had no choice but to close my account. They really don’t care about you. Please stay as far away as you possibly can.
They have the authority to stop you from making purchases for yourself or for your family. But if someone wrongly charges your account and is stealing from you, they refuse to do anything about it. Corruption at its finest.

Julie Tooney and Staff have been amazing! I have had many auto loans and have been treated like family every time! I will not and can not imagine doing business with and other financial institution. Julie and staff are the business model that all banks and credit unions should follow! Thank You to all!
