Until this week, I had been a satisfied customer of the root of this credit Union for nearly four DECADES. Due to misunderstanding, or misinterpreting, my voicemail message, my account was closed against my intentions. 😔 When I went in to clear the matter up, I was informed that I would have to begin again as a "new" member, with a new account. 35+ years of history wiped. Went to open an account. The helper. Was very rude. Yelling in front of other customers. Only locals are the only one. That can open an account there. Why she had to stand up and yell. It out loud. So the whole town of Pendleton. Can hear. Remember me. You in the very first stale. Wasn't call for. Very nasty girl
Longtime customer, never have had any issues. And the tellers are friendly
I have been their customer for many many years. Their customer service is excellent, staff is friendly and helpful, and the building is clean and welcoming. Loan rates/fees are generally better than “regular” financial institutions and they provide many different services. I definitely recommend them. They aim to please for sure. 👍
