I was extremely disappointed to discover that First Community Credit Union processes transactions in a manner that appears designed to maximize overdraft fees rather than help members avoid them. When deposits and withdrawals occur around the same time, FCCU has chosen to process withdrawals before incoming deposits, even when the deposits would have covered the transactions. Great People good service
I would especially like to recommend Aidan Potas, Sr. Financial Service Specialist. On different occasions he has assisted me in opening an account and later opening a CD. He was very courteous and certainly lives up to the service in his title. The counter staff are also superb.
