The staff is completely incompetent. I do not recommend banking at any of their locations.
The employees are very friendly and the bank is easy to get to.
My father has been with this Credit Union for over 30yrs. He has bought homes, cars, anything he has financed has been done with First Community Credit Union. He has told me for the last 30 yrs why I should only bank with them. So, I attempted to Open a Business and Personal account with one of the tellers today. I asked what does it take to open a business account, she "the teller" looked at me and gave me every reason why I would not be able to open an account with them for whatever reason, only she knows.
