I have previously always had pretty great experiences as a member, however, Ashley specifically was particularly unhelpful and rude. Not only was I treated as if I have no knowledge of what I am talking about, but she told me that no one could possibly give me an answer when I had heard otherwise from a different representative previously. Pretty disappointed.
