Opened an account at this branch since we moved to the area and bought a home. We’ve deposited checks into the atm and mobile deposit. It’s now been 5 days since the checks were deposited into their atm and they won’t release the money. I was told because of the relationship we have they are going to hold our checks longer… we haven’t had any problem on our end with money… My banking app shows that our checks would be released yesterday and I was told to wait until tomorrow. I have been very pleased with the service at First Community Credit Union. The personnel are pleasant and professional and I have had no troublesome issues in the six months since I opened my two accounts. They have gone beyond the call of duty to help me.

I have nothing but good things to say about FCCU! I had a car loan with great rates, easy payoff, and amazing customer service. Love credit unions!!
Came from a big bank that kept adding fees. These folks have quickly provided me several loans over the years at great rates. Service is a bit slower, but honest and fair which is more important to me.
