this is the worse credit union i been to.there not member friendly at all.everybody you talk to has a differant answer for everything.make all payments on time with extra money and they still want to screw you with high intrest rates.they wont deal with you at all.they were going to base my intrest rate on my 24 silverado loan then they changed there mind and tryed to get me for 17.9 percent.its a crock of shit
I was disrespected by Beth. The problem is, I deserve an apology and have not received one. You told me on the phone that you apologized. That is a pathetic non-attempt at an apology. 1st you stated "I apologize you felt"... Everything after that is garbage. To make an analogy, it is like I was punched in the eye by someone and then they tell me "I apologize your eye felt sore" instead of apologizing for punching me!
