I generally do not write reviews but I feel like I should in this case. There are a few amazing tellers at this location but we've had a lot of negative experiences over all. We've had issues depositing vacation checks that we get yearly from the same company, issues with payroll checks and multiple fraud attempts on different accts ( one that has barely been used) My last straw was being denied a car loan, after doing the one thing they said we needed to do to be approved. We worked with Brittany Herricks recently for buying and selling our home and it was an amazing experience, start to finish. She goes above and beyond and really knows her stuff! This process wouldn’t have been as easy without her there. We may be moving an hour away but I will be using her again if we ever need to. I wish she was more than a mortgage lender because I’d have her do all of our future loan work. If you need a mortgage ask for Brittany!
